Gayleen Stephens is an acute and chronic care Nurse Practitioner specialising in Cardiology, she is dedicated to providing accessible and affordable care to individuals with known or suspected cardiovascular disease.
Her role is to support individuals in optimising risk factors such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and providing strategies through lifestyle medicine methods, in an attempt to reduce the risk of a cardiovascular event.
