Nicole has been working as a dietitian* since 2005. She has worked in an acute clinical setting, specifically mental health and private practice within the Hunter. Nicole now consults from Surgery Central and Hunter Diabetes Centre with a strong interest in metabolic disorders and pharmaceutical advancements.
Nicole’s clinic work in private practice focuses on the care of people suffering from obesity and its complications. From pre-diabetes and PCOS to weight loss surgery.
Nicole is dedicated to providing accurate nutrition information in a practical sense. She aims to support patients throughout their whole nutrition journey. As a mum of 3 children, who works full-time Nicole appreciates that many patients are juggling work, family and health commitments.
