In addition to our regular endocrinology clinic, we also conduct clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas including, but not limited to, diabetes and its complications, cardiology, weight loss and vaccines. We are involved in local as well as global research projects, giving our patients access to cutting edge medications and technologies.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced physician to join our clinical research team as a Sub-Investigator. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality research.
Working 3 – 5 days per week, days include Monday – Friday, no weekends or late nights
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Principal Investigator in all aspects of the clinical trial.
· Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants according to the trial protocol.
· Conduct medical exams and administer investigational treatments.
· Collect and maintain accurate study data, ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Contribute to patient care and management throughout the trial duration.
· Collaborate with the study team to ensure the scientific and ethical integrity of the trial.
Position Requirements:
- Medical degree and current AHPRA registration
- At least but also not essential, experience in clinical research, either as a Sub-Investigator, research fellow, or similar role, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and other relevant ethical and regulatory requirements for clinical research.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and patient safety.
