Clinical Trial Assistant
Julie Maccallum joined the Hunter Diabetes Team as the Clinical Trials Assistant in 2018, and after a hiatus living overseas returned to the Aim Team in 2023. Julie believes in providing personalised care and the role of research in benefiting the whole community.
Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Newcastle and Certificate IV in Business Administration. Julie is inspired by the caring team working at AIM Research, and the patients that dedicate their time and efforts to clinical trials.
Outside of work Julie enjoys hiking, cooking and travelling with her family.
