Clinical Trial Co-ordinator and Accredited Practising Dietitian

Ruby joined the Aim Research Team in 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background. Originally from Perth, she has lived in various parts of Australia, including the Gold Coast, Cairns, and Forster, before settling in Newcastle, where she proudly calls herself a Novocastrian. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia, (Double Major in Human Biology and Exercise & Health), as well as a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Griffith University. She has worked as an Accredited Practising Dietitian for several years, specialising in areas such as weight management (including bariatrics and weight-loss injectables), women’s health (PCOS and endometriosis), gastrointestinal disorders, and eating disorders. In addition to her work with Aim Research, Ruby teaches reformer Pilates on the weekends, enjoys cooking with her partner, traveling all over the globe, and living footsteps from the beach. She also has a fondness for a good glass of pinot noir paired with a delicious pasta (and gelato, of course).
